Dear Visitor,
Your visit will include a guided tour of the Islamic Center as well as a Q&A session. These will be conducted by members of the Outreach Committee. We would also like to take this opportunity to mention some of the guidelines and etiquettes associated with a mosque. Our team of volunteers will be your hosts and the primary contacts for any questions. Although you may meet other individuals from the Muslims community please note that their comments should not be considered representative of the official positions of MALV or the Outreach Committee. Muslims are inherently shy and modesty in attire plays an important role in our values. We request that our guests dress according to the norms of a Mosque: loose fitting clothing that covers the body and a hat or scarf for the women to cover their hair. Please also try to avoid any clothing that contains images of animate objects. These are just requests and we will not impose these guidelines on any individual who chooses not to follow them.
